Product Description:

The Ecocarat DryKeeper drying stone is a dehumidifying stone designed to keep salt, sugar and other powdered or bulk foodstuffs fresh and dry.  Each package contains two DryKeeper stones made of a nano porous ceramic that is five times as moisture-absorbent as diatomaceous earth.  These stones can be used to preserve the freshness of powdered sugar or salt, or to dry out these and similar bulk items when they have hardened due to exposure to moisture.
